Basketball

Elite basketball skills

From fundamental footwork to advanced scoring moves, our premium training develops game-ready skills and basketball IQ for athletes of all positions.

Skill meets instinct

We teach the modern game. Tight handles, quick decisions, and the footwork to create space against any defender.

Game-speed decisions

Drills are useless without context. We force reads in chaos so your athlete sees the floor two moves ahead.

Competitive mentality

We build finishers. Every rep has a winner and a loser. Your athlete learns to compete with controlled aggression.

Hear from athletes who found their edge on the court

Coach Scott and Kiki are doing a banger of a job getting my girls ready for their sports. Both girls have shown major improvements in endurance, and my 10yr old is now running a 5K in under 20 minutes (down from 30-45min). Kiki has also been a huge help getting her basketball skills ready for AAU. We’re continuing with the school year SAQ program because the results have been super noticeable in both girls.

I have been nothing but blown away by Alchemy Athletics. The growth I have seen in my daughter on and off the court is tremendous. Her strength, speed, quickness, agility, and confidence has seen significant growth since working with Alchemy. The team is also so great with these young athletes! Would give 10 stars if available! Parents check them out!

FAQs

Quick answers to common questions about our basketball skills training

What age is appropriate?

We work with athletes from ages 8 to 18 and beyond. Groups are segmented by age and developmental stage. A young player needs fundamentals. An older athlete needs advanced reads and physicality. We meet every athlete where they are.

How is this different?

Team practice runs systems. We build the individual. A coach might have twelve players to manage. We focus on your athlete's specific footwork, shot mechanics, and decision-making under pressure. We make the player unguardable so the team gets better.

What should we bring?

Bring a basketball, court shoes, and water. Nothing else matters. We provide the intensity and the plan. Come ready to work and leave the distractions at home.

How are groups organized?

We group by skill level and physical maturity, not just age. A beginner needs repetition. An advanced player needs chaos and consequence. We evaluate every athlete first to place them where they will grow fastest.

Do you offer 1-on-1?

Yes. Private training is the fastest way to rebuild a shot or develop a specific skill. We offer individual sessions, small groups, and camps. The attention is direct and the feedback is immediate. There is nowhere to hide.
