Scott and his team are fantastic! My son is a division 1 soccer athlete and he found the training both challenging and fun. I highly recommend the Alchemy Athletics Program!

Coach Scott and Kiki are doing a banger of a job getting my girls ready for their sports. Both girls have shown major improvements in endurance, and my 10yr old is now running a 5K in under 20 minutes (down from 30-45min). Kiki has also been a huge help getting her basketball skills ready for AAU. We’re continuing with the school year SAQ program because the results have been super noticeable in both girls.

Highly recommend! Scott does a great job working with kids and making training both challenging and engaging. His focus on speed, strength, and power has made a noticeable difference in performance and confidence. He knows how to push them while keeping it positive and always having fun.

We absolutely love Coach Rob and Kiki! They are amazing with my boys who are 10 and 12 and have created such a positive and encouraging environment for them to train in. They know how to push them and give them great, challenging workouts while still making every session fun and something the boys genuinely look forward to.As a parent, I really appreciate the way they encourage and motivate them, build their confidence, and make working hard feel fun. You can tell they both truly care about the kids they work with and invest their time in and outside of the gym to see them succeed and participate in the sports they’re passionate about!I am so thankful we found them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trainers who are knowledgeable, motivating, positive, and great with young athletes!

Coach Kiki has been awesome to work with. For the past several months he has worked with my daughter to not only sharpen her technical skills but build her confidence and shape her into a better athlete/ basketball player. We are extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with him and look forward to continuing working with him in the future!

This class helped me become much more explosive. I definitely noticed an increase in my overall explosiveness, change of direction, and speed.
